What we collect

Nothing identifiable. Property values you type stay in your browser. No account, no cookies for tracking. Our edge analytics (Cloudflare Insights) records aggregate page-view counts and rough geography for capacity planning — no IP storage, no fingerprinting.

API logs

The public API rate-limits per IP. We keep the IP only in a 60-second in-memory bucket to enforce the cap; we do not log or retain it.

Third parties

Calculations run server-side on Cloudflare Workers. We do not send your inputs anywhere else, do not call any external API, and do not use AI/LLM models.
